With more than 35 years in convenience distribution, Jebb’s journey began in the family business, where he worked hands-on in every role from delivery driver to store operations. That experience gave him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities distributors face every day.
When he joined CDR Software in 1990, Jebb brought that insight, along with a clear vision for how technology could help distributors work smarter and more efficiently. Under his leadership, CDR has grown from a small startup into a trusted software provider for convenience distributors nationwide — built on innovation, customer focus, and long-term relationships.
