DAC Express For iPad
CDR’s newest remote ordering solution is now iPad compatible. DAC Express was first released to run on Windows-based laptops with the Opticon 2001 data collection scanner. Now your sales staff and retailers with iPads can submit orders created using the Opticon 2002 Bluetooth barcode scanner. DAC Express can also be used to print retail shelf labels on-site.
DAC Connect Enhancement
The ability to build custom order guides has been added to the ever expanding feature set of CDR’s comprehensive sales force automation solution. Customer-specific order guides can now be built, in unlimited numbers, to quickly start or add to an order. This enables your sales force to spend more time selling, and less time taking orders. And did you hear, DAC Connect is iPad-compatible!
Increase Control and Profitability With Returns Management
Get product returns under control with CDR’s new Returns Management module, and increase efficiency and profitability! With an integrated mobile scanning device and “return authorization logic”, Returns Management provides distributors with the tools to effectively manage product returns.
Returns are scanned and a “pickup authorization document” is produced for use at your next scheduled delivery. Products returned to the warehouse are scanned again, and only items purchased from you are accepted for credit. A “put-away document” is generated for products which are saleable, and inventory is adjusted automatically. Non-saleable products are moved to “return locations” for valuation and disposal, or for vendor pickup. Returns Management automatically generates a “credit memo” in the amount based on the last price paid for the returned items.
